Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Diploma with significant relevant experience may be considered depending on company policy.

• Training or certification in sales and marketing is an advantage

Experience 

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory position is preferred.

• Experience in FMCG, edible oil, food and beverage, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

• Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and field sales teams is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the assigned regional market in Ethiopia is highly desirable
