Job Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Operation or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

• Quantity Required: 2

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the flow of customers to the juice and salad bar service area.

• Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house appearance, including entryway, waiting area, and queue lines.

• Communicate wait times accurately to guests; manage reservations or call-ahead seating if applicable.

• Assist guests with menu knowledge, including ingredients, customization options, allergens, and daily specials.

• Manage host station tasks: seating assignments (if applicable), maintaining guest lists, and coordinating with servers and preparation staff.

• Monitor seating area and service line to prevent congestion; provide direction to guests and staff as needed.

• Answer guest questions, address concerns, and escalate issues to management with tact and professionalism.

• Performs other job-related duties as required by immediate supervisors
