Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Risk, Compliance & Audit Officer to ensure the organization operates within legal, regulatory, and internal policy frameworks. The role is responsible for identifying risks, strengthening internal controls, and leading audit processes to safeguard the company’s financial and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies 

• Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, and compliance risks 

• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies 

• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports with recommendations 

• Monitor internal control systems and suggest improvements 

• Collaborate with departments to ensure risk mitigation strategies are applied 

• Prepare compliance reports for management and external stakeholders 

• Support external audit processes and regulatory inspections 

• Provide training and awareness on compliance and risk management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 

• Minimum 6 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit roles 

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and internal control systems 

• Experience in audit processes and risk assessment tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• High attention to detail and integrity 

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills 

• Good communication and stakeholder management
