Risk Compliance and Loan Management Specialist

BCaD Consulting Management PLC invites applications from experienced professionals for a potential financial-sector training assignment in Ethiopia. The specialist will develop and deliver practical training for microfinance and financial-sector practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training modules and participant materials on risk management, regulatory compliance and loan management.

• Cover credit appraisal, portfolio quality, delinquency management, provisioning, internal controls, operational risk and compliance.

• Integrate relevant Ethiopian financial-sector regulations and microfinance practices.

• Prepare case studies, exercises, presentations, assessment tools and technical inputs to reporting.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications and experience

• Master's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, banking, risk management, business administration or a related field.

• At least five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in banking, microfinance or another financial institution.

• At least three years of training, teaching or professional facilitation experience.

• Demonstrated experience in credit management, portfolio risk, compliance, internal control and training-material development.

• Fluency in English and/or Amharic.

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Master’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or another financial institution. Strong financial, analytical, risk management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also required.
