Job Requirements The position requires a minimum Grade 10 education and at least two years of hands‑on experience operating roller equipment in construction or related fields. Applicants must possess a valid Special Grade operator license or be able to obtain one quickly, demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read site plans and compaction specifications. Excellent communication in Amharic is essential, with English proficiency considered an advantage. Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions are also required.
