• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Operation, House Keeping Supervision or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, organized, and prepared according to hospitality standards.

• Taking care of any kind of guest's property as their own property and faithfully carry out their work, handing over lost or forgotten items to their immediate supervisor.

• Report any damaged or broken items in guest rooms to the maintenance department for timely repair.

• Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming lobby environment.
