Main Responsibility 

The Route-to-Market (RTM) Specialist is responsible for designing and optimizing distribution strategies to ensure United Beverage’s products reach customers efficiently at the right place, time, and cost. The role plays a critical part in strengthening market penetration, driving execution excellence, and fostering strong partnerships with distributors and retailers. It also involves conducting comprehensive trade censuses, maintaining accurate data through regular cleansing, and providing sales support to enable effective commercial operations. Additionally, the RTM Specialist delivers valuable insights through retail audits to influence United Beverage’s sales strategy and elevate overall performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an FMCG company, preferably in a sales or distribution-related function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) tools.

• Strong data management and data cleaning capabilities.

• Ability to interpret data and deliver relevant insights to support the sales team.

• Experience working with SAP is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
