Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares SHEQ short medium and long  term plans and  Submits to the CEO for approval.

• Develops strategies and process checklist to ensure that the  products and services  delivered by the  company are to the ISO standards.

• Provide training and advice to managers and other staff  to ensure the objectives of quality management and continuous improvement in the company. 

• Develops quality targets/standards and apply to company operations  and monitor the performance  against 

• Provide support and advice to other departments in the company to ensure that they are aware of the obligation in complying with environmental standards.

• Creates awareness of hygiene standards and required procedures and processes to ensure that they are observed and practiced by all staff.

• Conduct research in the field of total quality management and continuous improvement in order to develop the company’s competitive position.

• Supervise the activities of employee in the department and provide on the job training to enhance their capabilities.

• Prepare periodic performance report of the department   to the CEO. 

Job Requirements

Education: BSC/MSC in industrial chemistry/chemistry/chemical engineering/  

Experience: 10/8 years out of which 2 years as senior chemist/chemical engineer in soap and detergent Industries.
