Job Requirement

Education: Minimum of a Diploma or TVET in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Previous sales experience is highly advantageous (fresh candidates with strong potential can also apply).

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Mekele, Bahir Dar, Dessie, Gonder, Arbaminch

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify target market segments and qualify sales opportunities to achieve targets.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate value to potential customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Address customer objections and successfully close sales.

  • Facilitate onboarding, including customer training and product setup.

  • Collect and share market feedback to improve sales strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
