Education: Minimum of a Diploma or TVET in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous sales experience is highly advantageous (fresh candidates with strong potential can also apply).

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Mekele, Bahir Dar, Dessie, Gonder, Arbaminch
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify target market segments and qualify sales opportunities to achieve targets.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate value to potential customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Address customer objections and successfully close sales.
Facilitate onboarding, including customer training and product setup.
Collect and share market feedback to improve sales strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
