Support sales performance and revenue growth by monitoring the distributors’ order process and the primary and secondary sales reporting. preparing
Track and analyze Distributors and their customers sales performance by collecting, analyzing internal and external data and metrics both quantitative and qualitative using the Company systems, DRINKIT, Eleader, CNET
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor Distributor sales order
Collect from Distributor monthly order plan, compare it with month target and notify STMM and ASM of match or gaps
Receive sales pre-order from the distributors,
Confirm stock availability and validate pre-order or ask distributor to adjust the order, confirm amount to be paid
Receive proof of payment from the agent, transfer it to Finance
Create the order in DRINKIT
Follow-up with Supply Chain on the due order delivery
Follow-up with Supply Chain on the due order delivery, inform distributor on the shipment and get confirmation of due reception at distributor’s end
Prepare a monthly TRT (Truck Turnaround Time) report to track the duration from factory dispatch to distributor warehouse delivery.
Monitor Distributor Sell-In performance
Report daily on distributor’s purchase or company sales
Report weekly and monthly on sales achievement vs. set target
Issue monthly sales dashboard and sales by distributor by SKU report
Refresh and validate monthly outlet master data, including Key Account to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor Distributor Stock and Sell-out
Collect weekly, every Monday, stock at distributor’s end, validate its accuracy through consistency check (previous stock, purchase, etc,)
Update weekly, monthly the sell-out template, with last week purchase and closing week stock
Monitor CNET Distributor’ secondary sales
Provide support to Distributor for their proper use of CNET
Monitor Distributor’ CNET data accuracy and exhaustivity
Track and report weekly on Distributor CNET coverage sales vs. its Sell-out
Issue and analyze weekly monthly CNET sales, tracking sales level, number of transactions, POS invoices, SKU performance, distributors performance: top 10 customers, not ordering customers,
Analyze results flagging over or under stock situation and sell-out of the period vs, previous week/month, flag good or bad performance and report to STMM and ASM
Review the Distributor Van Truck Effectiveness Dashboard monthly to generate insights on productivity, visit reach, successful sales rate, and non-productive time.
Prepare a monthly DSR/Van Truck performance report, analyzing planned vs. actual key account visits, successful outlet reach, and average working start and end times.
Develop and update an Execution Dashboard for Key Account Representatives, including scorecards on availability, pricing, quality, call completion, success rate, and trade asset conditions.
Report to STMM, ASM and respective agents
Monitor Free Goods
Issue timey and ahead of activation free goods request
Follow-up delivery to end beneficiary
Ensure tinely free goods refund
Isse monthly free goods use report and for the distributors in comparison with their sales. Provide free goods use analysis. Flag any free goods misuse or incompliance
Sales forecasting and target setting
Based on historical trends, prepare Budget, R1, R2 sales targets at SKU-Distributor-Month levels
Prepare monthly distributors’ target over its channels and main customers
Provide any ad hoc analysis
Conduct RRP analysis to review Castel Winery’s recommended retail price (RRP) by outlet and sales channel.
Perform promotional effectiveness analysis, including pre- and post-promotion evaluations
Sales Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and workflows based on data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in management information system or Statistics or IT or Accounting and Finance or Business Management or Marketing Management or Business Administration related field of studies.
2-years’ respective experience in sales operation, sales admin, customer service or related sales activities
Ground knowledge of sales operations
Experience with CRM systems is an asset
Field experience in sales will be an added advantage

Advance Excel Skill.
Good command of communication in English and Amharic (writing, reading, speaking)
