Duties and Responsibilities

• Understanding customer needs and tailoring sales approaches or product offerings to meet those needs.

• Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively.

• Maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

• Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.

• Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to fulfill orders and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance reports.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Salesmanship, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
