Dina Food Processing is a food manufacturing company under Dina Investment Group, specializing in the production of staple food products for the Ethiopian market. The company produces wheat flour, teff flour, corn flour, grits, and related food products, supplying wholesalers, retailers, institutions, and large-scale customers. 

Dina Food Processing is focused on quality, consistency, and operational excellence, with an increasing emphasis on structured sales systems, data-driven decision-making, and market expansion. 

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to support our sales department through data analysis, reporting, and insights. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, product trends, and customer feedback to support management decision-making. This position is analytical in nature and does not involve sales operations or order handling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from internal sales teams 

• Analyze sales performance by region, product, and sales representative 

• Track sales targets versus actual performance and identify gaps 

• Analyze product performance and sales trends 

• Review customer feedback and complaint data to identify recurring issues 

• Support sales forecasting and planning activities 

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis reports 

• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI 

• Provide clear insights and recommendations to management 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field 

• Strong analytical and numerical skills 

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

• Ability to interpret data and present clear insights 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

 Preferred Skills 

• Experience in sales analysis or business analysis 

• Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools 

• Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing environments (advantage) 

• Strong reporting and presentation skills 

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
