Visionary is a Media & Communication Group that is expanding from a film production company to create an industry-leading 3600 Media & Communication Group. Visionary is working to become a strategic engine for African storytelling.

THE ROLE

Visionary Media & Communication Group is seeking a high-caliber Sales & Account Manager to drive the commercial expansion of our high-end production wing. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and the Technical Director, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between brand strategy and technical production execution.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a top-tier Creative or Advertising Agency in Ethiopia.

Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of the film/TV production process (TVCs, Documentaries, Feature Films).

Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in Amharic and professional-level English (Written and Spoken).

Network: A proven track record and an existing network within the Ethiopian corporate landscape.

Discipline: A results-oriented professional with a "Zero-Failure" mindset regarding deadlines and client satisfaction.
