Position Purpose:
Attract high-value clients and maintain a steady pipeline through outreach, storytelling, and conversion strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via social media, referrals, and outbound calls/emails.

  • Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and book consultation meetings.

  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and pitch decks.

  • Maintain CRM and track client journey from interest to contract.

  • Create marketing content (videos, photos, posts) for office projects.

  • Collect testimonials, document project stories, and share client results.

  • Coordinate with CEO on campaign strategy and launch.

Salary – Negotiable

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or digital marketing—preferably in design, real estate, or construction sectors.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Amharic.

  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.

  • Experience with content creation for social media (photo, video, story formats).

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about storytelling, branding, and client experience.
