We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

We seek dynamic Sales and Marketing Professionals to drive growth in our woven PP bags department. You will identify new markets, nurture B2B client relationships, and strategically position our products against competitors. Success requires technical knowledge of PP bag manufacturing and the ability to convert client packaging needs into commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new clients (agro-commodity traders, cement/food manufacturers, exporters).

• Expand market share in key segments: bulk bags, laminated bags, etc.

• Build long-term relationships with bulk buyers

• Prepare customized quotations based on specs (dimensions, printing, lamination)

• Analyze market trends (e.g., sustainability demands, competitor pricing in the Region

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for domestic and export markets.

• Represent the company at trade fairs (e.g., packaging expos, agro-industry events).

• Liaise with production to ensure on-time delivery and manage custom orders.

• Provide client feedback for top management ( bag strength, printing quality, etc)

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics Managements

• 2+ years in B2B sales in packaging, plastics, or industrial products (woven PP bags experience ideal).

• Technical understanding of PP bag manufacturing (extrusion, weaving, lamination)

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and pricing analysis.
