About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our Travel Agency team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, promoting travel products,
building strong client relationships, and supporting overall marketing activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, deep knowledge of travel products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced travel industry environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
Sell domestic and international flight tickets.
Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, tours, and insurance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Respond to client inquiries and prepare price quotations.
Upsell and cross-sell related travel services.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and promote travel offers.
Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare promotional materials and travel product descriptions.
Enhance brand awareness through targeted campaigns.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism.
Maintain strong relationships with clients (individual and corporate).
Handle complaints, feedback, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication and support throughout the travel process.
Operational Support
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Ensure accurate booking, invoicing, and documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates.
Support travel operations team when needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in travel industry is highly desirable.
Experience with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus/Sabre) is an added advantage.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, social media tools).

Digital marketing and social media management capability
