The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers and actively managing our sales teams, marketing department and social media presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies to promote products effectively and achieve predetermined sales targets;
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and forming strategy development;
Maintaining and developing customer relationships, including managing client communications, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster retention and loyalty;
Identifying new market opportunities and build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and developers.
Coordinating sales activities and managing appointments, meetings, market sensing and follow-ups with clients to support sales efforts and close deals;
Developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including direct marketing, advertising, digital marketing activities and event organization to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Job Requirements
Education: BA degree in marketing, or sales management or any other related field of study
Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in marketing and sales of door, furniture, or building materials products.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of personal selling skills
Customer oriented personality
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, distribution channels, and customer management.
Computer literate and familiar with digital marketing tools.
