Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and strengthen the company's brand presence.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BSc, or related Field (Master's degree is an Advantage)

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or related industry

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

• Identify   new    business    opportunities    and    maintain    strong      client relationships

• Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team

• Prepare and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved

• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
