Position:
Organization: Boston Partners PLC, Kuriftu Resort & Day Spa
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen the brand positioning of Boston Partners P.L.C (Kuriftu Resorts). This role requires strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship management skills to ensure the resort achieves its sales and revenue objectives.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, F&B, events, spa, and recreational activity revenues.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments.
Manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, event organiserst, and tour operators.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and packages to attract target markets.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and advertising activities.
Ensure consistent brand image across all platforms and materials.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Coordinate with the reservations, F&B, events, and front office teams to optimise revenue.
Collaborate with the Head Office and Resort GMs on strategic plans.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Monitor ROI of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain updated client database (CRM).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong network within corporate, travel, and events sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
