TOPTABLE TRADING PLC is seeking a highly qualified, charismatic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our restaurant's revenue growth and outreach strategies. We invite dynamic, leadership-oriented professionals to join our growing team and expand our brand’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts, event bookings, and partnership opportunities to drive restaurant revenue.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans and promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
Promotion & Marketing: Promote restaurant specials, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers to increase foot traffic and revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and regular patrons.
Event Coordination: Oversee the booking and planning of private events, parties, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless execution with the operations team.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Revenue Tracking: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Digital & Local Marketing: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media presence and local community outreach.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, guest inquiries, and conversion rates for management review.
Brand Representation: Act as the primary ambassador for the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, Business Development or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry (service sector), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Salary: As per the company salary scale.
Working Schedule: As per company schedule (includes occasional evenings and weekends for events or networking).

Sales Leadership: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team with a positive, professional demeanor.
