We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team, drive business growth, and expand client relationships in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales or marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.

Salary: Gross 20,000 ETB + Transportation Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team to meet sales targets.

• Identify new market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Maintain proactive communication with prospective and current clients via phone,

email, and in-person engagements.

• Increase sales revenue through continuous outreach and relationship-building.

• Promote insurance policies and training services across various sectors.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• BA/MA degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration from a recognized university.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing leadership roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Insurance sector experience is an advantage.

• Must have experience in service sector
