Job Purpose

To lead and manage marketing and sales activities for manufactured products by developing market-driven strategies that increase sales volume, profitability, and market share while ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer specifications, and statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Education

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or Sales Engineering-related field

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and sales within a manufacturing environment

• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Experience dealing with industrial customers, distributors, or Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning

• Contract review and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (especially Clauses 6, 8, and 9)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Leadership and cross-functional coordination ability
