Job Summary

Teddy Car Rental is looking for two motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Officers to support business growth and promote our car rental services. The role involves engaging with walk-in clients, corporate customers, and travel partners, while helping execute marketing activities and ensuring excellent customer service

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

Quantity Required: 2

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Megenagna)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell car rental services to walk-in and corporate clients

• Identify and generate new sales leads

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate client records and reports

• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, and travel agencies

• Support promotional activities and partnerships

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills (social media & CRM knowledge is a plus)

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
