Job Summary

We are looking for four energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition and onboard car owners and renters onto the DASGUZO platform. You’ll play a frontline role in building DASGUZO’s user base and community.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.

• Quantity Required: 4

• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Job Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote DASGUZO services to potential users and car owners.

• Engage with local communities and car rental operators.

• Support marketing campaigns by conducting field visits and demos.

• Gather feedback from customers and report trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve promotional strategies.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for signups and engagement.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Passion for mobility, technology, and community outreach.

• Fluent in Amharic; English is a plus.

• Must be willing to travel locally and work flexible hours.
