• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or with related field of study

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience

• Quantity Required: 2

• Salary: 16052

• Workplace: Addis Ababa

• Working time: Monday to Friday 08:30Am to 5:00pm and Saturday Morning 08:00Am to 12:00pm (half day)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote company products and services to increase sales.

• Prepare and implement sales and marketing plans.

• Negotiate with customers and follow up on sales orders.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.

• Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase sales revenue.

• Prepare sales and marketing reports and recommend improvements.
