Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and presentable Sales & Promotion Officer to promote our physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, and wellness services to individuals, companies, institutions, and partners.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or with related field of study

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, promotion, or customer engagement.

• Experience in a healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, hospital, or medical institution is preferable.

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: Attractive and negotiable based on experience and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote company services and treatment packages to potential clients and organizations.

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, referrals, and corporate visits.

• Build partnerships with companies, medical institutions, gyms, sports clubs, schools, insurance companies, and other relevant partners.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.

• Support promotional campaigns, health awareness activities, events, and social media promotion.

• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads until closure.

• Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Empathetic, self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.

• Good knowledge of social media marketing and Microsoft Office Suite.
