We are looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Cold Calling Female Sales Representative to reach out to prospective clients, introduce our offerings, and book qualified appointments or close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Job Requirement

Education: High school diploma required; additional education is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound sales preferred.

Quantity Required: 1

Location: Prefer Nearby to Jemo 1

Salary: 7000 ETB + 10 % commission structure

Work hour: Monday to Saturday (2:30 to 11:30 local time)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls daily to potential customers based on targeted leads.

  • Introduce and explain company products/services to prospects in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or complete direct sales when applicable.

  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
    Achieve weekly/monthly call targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics.

  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts, strategies, and messaging.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.

  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and remain motivated.

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or lead management tools.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
