We are looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Cold Calling Female Sales Representative to reach out to prospective clients, introduce our offerings, and book qualified appointments or close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Job Requirement
Education: High school diploma required; additional education is an advantage.
Experience:
0-3 years
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound sales preferred.
Quantity Required: 1
Location: Prefer Nearby to Jemo 1
Salary: 7000 ETB + 10 % commission structure
Work hour: Monday to Saturday (2:30 to 11:30 local time)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls daily to potential customers based on targeted leads.
Introduce and explain company products/services to prospects in a clear and engaging manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or complete direct sales when applicable.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly/monthly call targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics.Handle objections professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts, strategies, and messaging.
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or lead management tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
