Apex Confectionery PLC is a light manufacturing firm engaged in the production of sweet foods such as chewing gum, candies, toffees and lollipops. The company is seeking to hire an ENGERTIC, DYNAMIC, PROACTIVE, ORGANIZED and COMPETENT Sales & Marketing Representative/Promoter.

Work Location-Bahir Dar And Mekelle
Visit a minimum of 25 outlets in the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) per day.
Check and confirm various aspects of distributor(s) operations such as: attendance of their sales reps, their visited outlets, their stock status and execution shortfalls.
Distributor oversight- ensure selling strategies and standards are met by the distributor’s sales team.
Verify the company’s promotion activities are in place and effectively executed.
Conduct product merchandizing and marketing in visited outlets.
Implement stock replenishment strategies.
Work on Order Generation in key outlets.
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Conduct market surveys.
Assess effectiveness 5P strategies in the visited outlets.
Collect feedback from retailers and consumers.
Send Daily, Weekly and Monthly market reports to the supervisor.
Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Education: Educational Background in a related field of study
Experience: 1 years
Requirements:
1.Successful experience as a sales rep, consistently meeting or exceeding targets is favorable.
2.Demonstrated ability to communicate and present information clearly and persuasively.
3.Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
4.A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
5.Able to work independently and take initiative.
Working SMART-PHONE with ANDROID 10+ operating system is MANDATORY
