LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem, Hawassa and Bahir Dar. We are looking to recruit Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join on behalf of our client.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth across our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience selling both high-value technical products and consumer goods, with a strong understanding of the Ethiopian market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for both high-value backup systems and lower-value induction stoves.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales and digital marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
Create differentiated sales approaches for technical B2B sales (backup systems) and consumer-focused products (induction stoves).
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with business development team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Set realistic sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Work with product development teams to provide market feedback.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience on social media sales and marketing.
Experience selling both high-value technical products and consumer goods.
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
Experience with CRM systems (Notion, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Amharic is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the renewable energy or sustainable products sector.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian market and business culture.
Understanding of technical aspects of power systems and energy-efficient appliances.
Experience with different sales channels (direct, B2B, retail, etc.).
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience with international clients or partnerships.
