Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management or with related field of study.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded

• Set sales goals, quotas, and performance expectations for team members

• Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times

• Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support promotions and campaigns

• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor performance

• Conduct promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and customer

• Ensure new business opportunities and markets

• Ensure proper pricing and product positioning -Monitor customer credit and outstanding balances
