Akoya Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Provide clients with accurate information on properties and services

  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote listings

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in real estate or property sector

  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in real estate or property sector

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in client relationship management and end-to-end sales processes

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an advantage
