Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Sales, Distribution & Collection Officer to drive sales operations, manage client distribution networks, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring sales and distribution activities, and supporting accurate account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a relevant business-related degree and at least two years of direct experience in sales distribution, credit collection, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales operations to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.

• Manage and coordinate client distribution networks.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide effective customer service.

• Support account reconciliation and monitor customer accounts.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related business field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in sales distribution, credit collection, and account reconciliation.

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office, Meskel Flower Road, Abkem Tower, 8th Floor).

• Salary: Negotiable (Competitive corporate rate).
