Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell building construction products and services to clients

• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product explanations

• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals

• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

• Conduct site visits to support clients and monitor project progress

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

• Maintain accurate records of clients, quotations, and sales activities

• Report sales performance and market feedback to management
