Job Summary

Mantrac Ethiopia is seeking a Sales Engineer – Prime Products responsible for driving sales of Caterpillar equipment and solutions by identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and managing the full sales cycle in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business opportunities

• Conduct customer visits and product presentations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers

• Manage sales pipeline and achieve targets

Job Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years sales experience (industrial/equipment preferred)

• Strong technical understanding and communication skills
