It is a business firm that addresses unmet health needs, market demands, and social and environmental problems of a society and community at large. It uses a state-of-the-art laboratory facility equipped with the latest technologies to provide accurate, reliable and timely patient results with reasonable pricing model. This JV Diagnostic Laboratory Center (JV DLC) was established and operated under the Joint Venture Engagement of Millennium Healthcare Enterprise and Retina Pharmaceuticals. It strives to maximize reasonable revenues while also maximizing positive health impacts on the community and the environment. The JV DLC will offer a comprehensive range of services for patients, researchers and academicians and will contribute to meet the unmet need of the healthcare system in the country. 

 

1. Job Summary 

 

To drive revenue growth by promoting Accu-Tech Diagnostics’ laboratory services, building strong client relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding the company’s market presence. 

 

2. Key Responsibilities 

 

A. Sales & Business Development 

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (hospitals, clinics, physicians, NGOs, corporate clients).  

  • Promote diagnostic services including pathology, molecular testing, and specialized lab services.  

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.  

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.  

 

B. Client Relationship Management 

 

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.  

  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities.  

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally.  

 

C. Market Intelligence 

 

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and service offerings.  

  • Provide market feedback to management for strategic decisions.  

  • Identify emerging trends in diagnostic services.  

 

D. Coordination & Internal Collaboration 

 

  • Work closely with laboratory, logistics, and customer service teams.  

  • Ensure timely sample collection and reporting.  

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing.  

 

E. Reporting & Documentation 

 

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.  

  • Maintain updated client database and CRM records.  

  • Track sales performance against targets.

  • Client retention rate

4. Qualifications & Requirements 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in:  

  • Medical Laboratory Science or health related field, General Practitioner is preferable 

  • Female candidates are highly motivated 

Experience 

  • 2–5 years in sales (healthcare/diagnostics experience highly preferred)  

Skills 

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability  

  • Knowledge of diagnostic/laboratory services  

  • CRM and reporting skills  

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
