Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with VIPs, diplomatic missions, international NGOs, hotels, embassies.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within high-profile client segments, ensuring alignment with company growth strategy.
Represent the company professionally in negotiations, meetings, and client engagements, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet the unique needs of international and diplomatic clients.
Collaborate with operations and other department teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor client satisfaction proactively and address service concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Promote Red Sea Aviation Services’ portfolio of flight support and VIP assistance solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Detailed Job Description
Client Engagement: Identify potential high-profile clients (VIPs, diplomatic missions, NGOs, hotels, embassies, airlines) and develop tailored solutions to meet their aviation support needs.
Sales Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis focused on diplomatic and international client sectors to support strategic sales initiatives.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies, ensuring transparency and long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments team to deliver seamless, audit-ready services.
Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring follow-up and long-term client retention.
Innovation: Contribute to the company’s growth strategy by suggesting innovative approaches for engaging diplomatic and international clients.
Representation: Serve as the company’s ambassador at diplomatic, aviation, and international networking events, showcasing professionalism and cultural fit.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with VIPs, diplomatic missions, NGOs, hotels, embassies, or airlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse, high-profile stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Amharic; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
Cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication styles to different client contexts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
