Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, structure, and scale the sales team with clear targets and accountability

  • Drive revenue growth across multiple market segments:

  • Individual consumers & homeowners

  • Construction contractors & consultants

  • Real estate developers

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market realities

  • Ensure deep product understanding across wood-based finishing materials and furniture

  • Use modern tools, data, and technology to improve productivity and sales efficiency

  • Work cross-functionally with production, marketing, and operations to close deals and deliver on promises

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of sales delivery in a leadership role

  • Strong team leadership skills — you build performers, not dependencies

  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and execution-focused

  • Thinks beyond the obvious; adapts to changing markets and customer behavior

  • Comfortable using technology, CRM, and modern sales processes

  • Solid understanding of wood products, finishing materials, or furniture (strong advantage)

  • Experience selling to at least one of our core target sectors; experience across all is a plus
