We are an established import company based in Addis Ababa, currently expanding our automotive division. We are looking for honest, reliable, and experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the car sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Handle car-related tenders, from identification to documentation and submission.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules.

• Analyze market trends and report on sales performance.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Expereince: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in car sales, including EVs.

• Strong knowledge of public and private car tenders.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
