Champion Properties is looking for qualified applicants on Sales Department Manager Position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing & sales Strategy.

  • Coordinate the sales teams and/sales branches.

  • Prepare training, orientation and Motivating team members

  • Development of content regularly for social media.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to sales staffs, sales branch & projects.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for the products.

  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • Find potential customers and generate leads for the organization and look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education: Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 6- 10 years
