Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in  Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, dispatching, or logistics operations.

• Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify and acquire new customers requiring transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.

• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with clients.

• Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Skills & Competencies

• Software: Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, and MS Excel.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills under pressure.

• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with consigner.
