Position Summary:
Daye Transport is seeking a highly experienced sales manager with a strong B2B background and a proven track record in driving results within the transport sector or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will bring 7–8 years of experience in sales, with 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role. The sales manager will be responsible for developing strategies, growing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Build strong relationships with B2B clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect for new clients, and expand the customer base across various transport services.

  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and report results and forecasts to senior management.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Drive market expansion and explore new business opportunities.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

  • 7–8 years of proven progressive experience in sales.

  • At least 3–4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Experience in transport, logistics, or FMCG is required.

  • Strong B2B sales exposure with a track record of closing deals.

  • Excellent communications.

  • Technical selling skills and product knowledge to demonstrate value to business owners and decision-makers.
