Get-As International Plc. is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Insurance Premium Financing (IPF) business. This role involves managing retail and corporate sales, expanding distribution channels, and coordinating with bank and insurance partners. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in financial services sales and a strong understanding of both insurance and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IPF sales strategy and manage sales agents across retail and corporate segments.

• Build and manage client relationships including brokers, agents, SMEs, and corporate accounts.

• Collaborate with Awash Bank and Awash Insurance for smooth operational alignment.

• Achieve sales targets, monitor pipeline performance, and ensure conversion.

• Support marketing campaigns with practical field insights and execution.

• Train and coach sales teams to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with the WASS Finance technical and operations team for client onboarding.

• Provide timely and actionable reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within insurance, banking, or financial services.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing a sales team.

• Solid understanding of loan products, premium insurance, and credit systems.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools or digital sales platforms.
