Job Requirements

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Mandatory: Demonstrated sales experience in wood products, furniture manufacturing, carpentry/finishing materials, or related sectors

• Proven leadership track record with a history of hitting targets

• Strong team builder — develops performers, not dependencies

• Results-driven, structured, and execution-focused

• Comfortable with CRM, reporting, KPIs, and modern sales processes

• Experience selling to at least one of our core customer groups; experience in more than one is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and scale the sales team with clear targets and accountability

• Drive revenue growth across multiple market segments: Individual consumers & homeowners, Construction contractors & consultants, Real estate developers

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market realities

• Ensure deep product and technical understanding across our sectors

• Use modern tools, CRM, and data to improve productivity and sales efficiency

• Work cross-functionally with production, marketing, and operations to close deals and deliver on commitments
