Job Vacancy: Sales Manager

Company: Glow Electrical Solutions

Location: Urael, Kazadis Building, 1st Floor

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation: Negoiable base salary plus sales commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer interactions in the showroom

  • Organize and clean newly stocked products; maintain inventory records

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention..

  • Assist in the creation and management of property listings on various platforms.

  • Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of properties.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in lighting and electrical equipment

  • Prior experience operating a cash register

  • Fluency in Amharic, English and Chinese

  • Strong communication skills; must be polite, punctual, and customer-oriented
