Location: Urael, Kazadis Building, 1st Floor
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation: Negoiable base salary plus sales commission
Manage daily customer interactions in the showroom
Organize and clean newly stocked products; maintain inventory records
Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention..
Assist in the creation and management of property listings on various platforms.
Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of properties.
Education: Educational Background in a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in lighting and electrical equipment
Prior experience operating a cash register
Fluency in Amharic, English and Chinese
Strong communication skills; must be polite, punctual, and customer-oriented
