Purpose of the Job:
To enhance revenue and maximize profits of the Company by promoting real estate offerings to customers and close sales.
Perform sale visits activities in according to sales approach and plan.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
Interact regularly with prospect clients and customers through convenient means (i.e.
cold and warm calls, e-mail, on site visit, etc.).
Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to build the Company images and meet potential customers.
Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain potential customer contact records, and handle enquiries quickly and professionally.
Gather background information on potential customers to increase knowledge about their needs and potential value.
Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall Company’s target.
Understands business implications of decisions and displays orientation to profitability.
Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
Producing innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or in other related fields of study.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as Sales in Real Estate sector
Good communication skills
Excellent client/customer management skills.
