We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales officer to join our sales team. The job holder is responsible for promoting and sell products with a proactive, professional manner with excellent sales skills; is capable of building lasting client relationships; develops and implements sales strategies; identifies new sales opportunities; and contributing to the company's expansion in the import and distribution of imported goods, chemicals and agricultural products

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet company targets and goals

  • Generates leads (potential clients), maintains existing customers, and identifies new sales opportunities (acquiring new customers).

  • Promotes and sells imported goods, especially chemical products

  • Direct sales execution, product demonstrations, negotiating, achieving targets

  • Maintains and grows strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Monitors customer feedback to recommend improvements to products.

  • Attends trade shows, bazaars, and conferences to represent the company and promote offerings.

  • Stays updated on product knowledge to effectively convey value to clients. •Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Conduct Market research and analysis to know sales and market trends

  • Track sales and market trends

  • Prepares and submit sales reports regularly

  • Performs others related duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business field or in a related field of study

  • Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience in a sales role in business-to-business (B2B) sales

  • Prior work experience in imported goods/chemical product sales is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
