Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention..
Assist in the creation and management of property listings on various platforms.
Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of properties.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
Provide clients with insights on market conditions to aid in their decision-making process.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to close sales effectively.
Ensure all sales documents are completed accurately and comply with legal requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and property transactions in the company.
Work closely with other team members, including real estate agents and management, to achieve overall company objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, sales techniques, and market trends.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance professional skills.
Education: Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year proven experience in Real Estate sales.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge and skills in social media marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
