Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Salesmanship or in a related field of study

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Identify, target, and engage potential clients in assigned sectors (e.g., hotels, gyms, institutions).

  •  Conduct regular field visits, calls, and outreach to generate qualified leads.

  • Present company products/services and customize solutions to client needs.

  •  Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and close deals in a timely manner.

  • Resolving customer questions, inquiries, and complaints and satisfying customers

  •  Attending exhibitions, trade shows, trainings, conferences and meetings 

  •  Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Update CRM or sales tracking tools with interactions and progress.-

  • Report weekly to the Sales Supervisor on targets and outcomes.-

  •  Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance for smooth delivery.

  •  Monitor market trends and competitors and share feedback.

  •   Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Reporting sales activities weekly, monthly and quarterly

Skills & Competencies

  •   Strong communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

  •   Self-motivated goal- oriented and result driven

  •   Familiar with B2B sales processes and client relationship building.

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM tools experience preferred

  •  Fluency in Amharic is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus. A working knowledge of English is preferred
