Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative customer attraction strategies to generate leads and close sales.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective negotiation and client relationship management.

  • Oversee and coordinate product delivery from order to fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare detailed sales and activity reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Represent the division professionally in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

  • Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

  • Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and finalize sales agreements.

  • Lead the delivery process, coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product handover.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, including performance analysis, market feedback, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine customer attraction mechanisms and promotional activities.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of post-sale service.

 DAILY & WEEKLY TASKS

  • Conduct customer calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

  • Update sales logs, CRM entries, and delivery trackers.

  • Coordinate with support teams (logistics, admin, finance) as needed.

  • Compile and submit activity and sales performance reports.

  • Participate in division planning and strategy meetings.

Job Requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering , Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales role requiring strong negotiation and client management.

  • Experience in logistics or delivery coordination is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Strong ability to attract and retain customers without a fixed showroom.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
