Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales officer to join our sales team. The job holder is responsible for promote, and sell products with a proactive professional manner with excellent sales skills, capable of building lasting client relationships, develops and implements sales strategies, identifies new sales opportunities and contributing to the company's expansion in the import and distribution of imported goods , chemicals and agricultural products
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business field or in any other related fields of study.
Experience:
4 years of experience in a sales role especially who has higher exposure/experience in Business to Business (B to B )sales
Prior work experience in imported goods / chemical product sales is highly preferred
Quantity Required: 4
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and implements sales strategies to meet company targets and goals
Generates leads(potential clients) ,maintains existing customers and identifies new sales opportunities(acquiring new customers).
Promotes and sells imported goods, especially chemical products
Direct sales execution, product demonstrations, negotiating, achieving targets
Maintains and grows strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long term retention.
Monitors customer feedback to recommend improvements to products.
Attends trade shows, bazar and conferences to represent the company and promote offerings.
Stays updated on product knowledge to effectively convey value to clients.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Conduct Market research and analysis to know sales and market trends
Track sales and market trends • Prepares and submit sales reports regularly
Performs others related duties assigned by immediate supervise
